This prominent project will include a five star, twenty three story hotel tower, performing arts center, new restaurants, two new ballrooms and a nine story parking structure. Our contract will include pouring and finishing the 1.8 million square foot parking garage slabs, hotel tower foundations and over six hundred thousand square feet of elevated slabs. We will also be performing new exterior flatwork and support structure foundations.
This project is expected to generate one thousand two hundred new construction jobs.
