Project Features: Urata's scope includes a new mat slab foundation 18 feet below street level in the basement of the existing 8 story concrete structure built in the early 1960's. 2 new separate structural core walls sections including 6700 sf of exposed Architectural finished concrete walls. Along with interior structural upgrade to existing concrete columns and foundations. And place and finish 93,000 sf at the added 5 levels of slab on metal decking.
