Project Features: UPS Lathrop consisted of large structural tenant improvements that involved removing and replacing 16 tilt up panels, infilling of existing loading dock and creating 2 new loading docks as well as 4 separate interior offices with concrete foundations, slabs on metal deck and pan filled stairs and 250,000SF of concrete paving. The project was completed in a an active UPS facility.
