Project Features: Kaiser Dublin is the first piece of a massive new Kaiser Permanente Medical facility to service the Dublin, CA area. This piece is a 282,000 SF, 3 story tilt-up with 2 cast-in-place vaults. The panels have been designed to include a number of architectural elements including a custom form liner, raised features and numerous cast in pieces for the multitude of systems being installed in the building. This has been a challenging project and Urata & Sons has played a significant role in assisting the design team to perfect their design.
