Project Features: Precast parking structure for the UC Davis Health System complete with precast columns and double tees. Urata placed 1,300 CY of footings and 67,000 SF of slab on grade. Urata completed the topping slab on precast for 250,000 SF with a swirl finish. Urata also performed the sitework upgrades around the garage consisting of 34,000 SF of sidewalks, decorative concrete and 1,500 LF of vertical curb and gutters.
