Project Features: This $175,000,000 expansion will include a 200 guest room resort, spa, pool area and convention space. Urata’s scope of work includes structural concrete foundations, slab on grade, concrete shear and core walls, cast in place podium decks, columns as well as the exterior concrete paving flatwork curbs and other sitework. This resort is expected to open in the fall of 2016 and will create more than one thousand construction jobs.
