Project Features: 520,000 SF of slab on grade 7" thick with a restriction of the inability to lift panels from outside the building. Urata included a crane bay along the inside of the building to facilitate the sitework construction starting while the building was being erected. There is a historic facade along International Blvd that was required to remain intact and strengthened with shotcrete and new slab on grade. Urata also completed the site biotreatment planters, and the PCC paving consisted of 380,000 SF.
